We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please fill in label with the necessary information that applies to you. Put label and product in postage bag and return to address provided.

Please note that we cannot cover the return shipping cost and the original shipping fees will not be returned. You are responsible for any items lost in shipping. Remember to keep your proof of postage until you receive confirmation that we have processed your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Returns are normally processed within 28 days of us receiving your items.
